Express shipping costs Germany
Shipping is free for orders over €199; otherwise, it costs €12.90 (up to €199) or €29.90 (up to €100). Express shipping is provided in frozen, sustainable insulated packaging with dry ice.
Delivery dates can be freely selected between Wednesday and Friday. Saturday delivery is possible upon request (additional €10).
UPS Express shipping costs European Union (EU)
Shipping is free for orders over €299; otherwise, it's €19.90 (up to €299) or €39.90 (up to €100). Express shipping is available throughout the EU, with your order delivered frozen in sustainable insulated packaging with ice packs and dry ice. Delivery takes 1–2 days; you can choose your preferred delivery day at checkout.
We ship to Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria and Sweden.
CO2-neutral shipping
We take particular care not to produce any unnecessary waste during shipping. Far too often, polystyrene is used as insulation. Here we have found a sustainable, resource-saving alternative with straw packaging and the use of dry ice. The packaging is biodegradable and hygienically controlled.

100% green energy - without compromise. Our Wagyu meat is delivered to your home in a truly sustainable way and always well chilled. The thick-walled straw cladding, reusable cooling batteries and dry ice ensure an uninterrupted cold chain until delivery. There is also very little packaging waste.

In addition to Germany, we ship to Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria and Sweden.
Our Wagyu steaks are freshly cut, individually vacuum-packed and only dispatched after shock freezing. They are shipped by express in sustainable straw boxes with cold packs and rock ice.
We ship Tuesday through Thursday with next-day delivery. Saturday delivery is also available upon request. For EU-wide shipping, delivery takes 1-2 days. You can also select the desired calendar week and delivery day at checkout.
For orders shipped via DHL Express, the package will be delivered by the end of the working day. Please ensure that someone is available to accept your package during these delivery times. Alternatively, you can also grant permission to leave the package at your home (e.g., in your garage) or with a neighbor on the day of shipment.
The product can be kept frozen for at least 6 months. The exact best-before date can be found on the label on the product.
Standard shipping of vouchers incurs a shipping fee of €2.90.
