preparation
- Take the burger patties out of the refrigerator 1-2 hours before cooking; they cook best at room temperature. Preheat the grill or pan to the highest possible temperature. Once the temperature is reached, grill the patties for 90-120 seconds.
- Turn the patties over and spread the mozzarella on the grilled side. After another 90 seconds, the patties are done. Tip: Let the cut sides of the burger buns toast slightly in the Wagyu fat on the grill.
- Now you can assemble your Wagyu burger ! Spread the roasted apple grill sauce and some lettuce (we recommend arugula or lamb's lettuce) on the bottom half of the burger bun. Next, add the burger patty with the melted mozzarella and onion chutney. Finally, place the top half of the burger bun on top (optionally with a little more lettuce) and you're done!
