WAGYU BRESAOLA TORTELLINI

A quick appetizer from food influencer and photographer Björn Laubrock! Wagyu bresaola tortellini filled with a delicious cream made from herbed cream cheese, chives and Parmesan – on a bed of crisp arugula, with radishes and Parmesan shavings, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Ingredients for Wagyu Tortellini (2 servings)

8 slices Wagyu Br esaola
150 grams herb cream cheese
2 tbsp chives
50 grams Parmesan
A handful arugula
2-3 radish
Something olive oil
Something pepper

Tortellini filled with a delicious cream made from herbed cream cheese, chives and Parmesan – your mouth will water just thinking about it while you're preparing it.

  1. Prepare the bresaola: Place the bresaola slices on a smooth surface.
  2. To form the tortellini: Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each bresaola slice. Shape the slices into tortellini by carefully folding the edges together.
  3. To serve: Line a plate with fresh arugula and place the bresaola tortellini on top. Scatter radish slices and Parmesan shavings over the top. Finally, drizzle with olive oil and season with freshly ground pepper.
  4. Enjoy: The perfect starter or a light main course!
