WAGYU BRESAOLA TORTELLINI

A quick starter from food influencer and photographer Björn Laubrock! Wagyu bresaola tortellini filled with a delicious cream of herb cream cheese, chives and parmesan - on a bed of crunchy rocket, with radishes and parmesan shavings, served with a drizzle of olive oil.

Ingredients for Wagyu tortellini (2 people)

  • 8 slices Wagyu Bresaola
  • 150 grams herb cream cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS chives
  • 50 grammes Parmesan cheese
  • A handful of rocket
  • 2-3 radishes
  • A little olive oil
  • A little pepper


Preparation 
1. Prepare the bresaola: Place the slices of bresaola on a smooth surface. 
2. Shape the tortellini: Place a teaspoon of the filling in the center of each bresaola slice. Shape the slices into tortellini by carefully folding the edges together. 
3. Serve: Line a plate with fresh rocket, place the bresaola tortellini on top. Arrange the radish    slices and Parmesan shavings on top. Finally, drizzle with olive oil and season with a little freshly ground pepper. 

4. Enjoy: The perfect starter or light main course!
